Suresh Reddy, a graduate in Electronic Engineering, is a successful entrepreneur and the CEO and Founder of a leading IT company in the USA. He is the Founder and Chairperson of the Saketh Educational Trust that has established Candor International School. He has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry, as well as various MNCs such as US Bank, Volvo and Prudential Insurance. He has received many honours and accolades, including one for his IT company as 'One of the fastest growing private companies in the USA'. His education in India has placed him as the owner of one of the leading IT companies in the US where he is currently based with his family. His vision is to ensure that school education in India, in addition to providing academic excellence, also draws out and develops every student’s potential in the Arts and Sports. He also aims to ensure that students make a seamless transition between Indian and Western schooling systems through exchange programmes for teachers and students.

K.M. Doraiswamy, the Chief Executive Officer of Candor International School, brings with him his valuable experience from BSNL from where he retired as the Joint Secretary, Department of Telecommunications on deputation to BSNL as General Manager. He is the founder of M/s Techspeil Infocom which is presently offering consultancy in the fields of Tele-communication and Technology. He has been on deputation to Telettra, in Italy, Hewlett Packard, in Singapore and GSM Cellular in Paris under the United Nations Development Programme. He served as an expert in transmissions and technology in Zimbabwe for over two years. He has presented several papers, among them a paper on Mobile Communications at the Queens University in Canada. His doctoral thesis has been submitted for consideration for his Ph.D. degree.

Erina Callaco is the President and founder of an IT Company based in the USA and Canada. She has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry and holds a Post Graduate Degree in Computer Applications from the University of Mumbai. As a Senior Consultant at a top global consulting company, some of her clients include Zurich Insurance, Canon, Pfizer, and Allianz. She is an active participant in numerous fundraising events for charities and she will bring in the community service aspect into the team.

Vishnu Krishnamurthy is based in the UK. With a Masters in System Level Integration from the University of Edinburgh, he is an invaluable asset to the core team of Candor International School–India’s first green school-as his life work and interest is in sustaining an ecological balance through intentional waste management. His work which involves helping farmers find eco-friendly means of power generation, his passion to develop effective eco-friendly re-cycling strategies and his involvement in solar heating solutions will benefit Candor as India’s first GREEN school in its efforts to maintain its green certification.
